The studio, renovated in spring 2019, stands out for its incredible sea views from its private balcony and the 10-square-metre terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular 180º panorama and the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol. The living-dining room includes a double bed, table and chair, and a functional kitchen hidden behind sliding doors, equipped with a vitroceramic hob for comfortably preparing your meals.

The complex has a large swimming pool with access for people with reduced mobility, surrounded by a wide viewpoint with garden furniture and a bar (consumptions not included). For those traveling with children, there is a special pool for them and the perimeter of the common areas is completely fenced for their safety.
